When you send LTP an electronic mail transmission through its customer service email address, support@letstalkpublishing.com, (as distinguished from a secure order form, which is encrypted), the submission of the request is secure and is encrypted. However, email transmissions are not necessarily protected from unauthorized access. Transmission by email is at your own risk, which is why we urge you to submit request through our help desk portal. LTP cannot accept responsibility for your transmission of confidential information or any obligation with respect to that information if it is not submitted through secure email.
